- Enter Client Details: Name, email address, stage of interaction, fees quoted, etc.
- Attach Files: Just paste the link in the cell to attach files to emails.
- Generate Auto Subjects and Messages: Fill in the details and click on the send mail button.
- Send Emails: Two buttons are provided – one for sending emails through mail addresses and another for sending messages through labels, allowing you to send emails to large groups without needing individual email IDs.
𝟐. 𝐃𝐮𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐭
This is the core of our system where you manage all deadlines and reminders. Features include:
- Set Due Dates and Reminders: For each client, you can set a due date and up to three reminders.
- Automated Email Sending: Our AppScript automatically sends out emails on the specified dates.
- Completion Tracking: The cells highlight once emails are sent, so you can easily track completed tasks.
- Send Options: You can send emails via mail IDs or labels.
𝟑. 𝐄𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐥 𝐋𝐨𝐠 𝐒𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐭
This sheet maintains a comprehensive history of all your email communications. It logs:
- Timestamp: When the email was sent.
- Recipient: Email address or label.
- Subject and Message: Content of the email.
- Status and Attachments: Status of the email and any attached file links.
𝟒. 𝐃𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐛𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝
The dashboard offers a quick overview of your key metrics. It includes:
- Reminders Sent: Total number of reminders sent.
- Upcoming Reminders: Alerts for future reminders.
- Total Recipients: Number of recipients.
- Email Activity: Number of emails sent today or yesterday.
- Upcoming Events: Helps you stay on top of your schedule.
By using this tool, you streamline your email and reminder management processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in your client communications.
